Shipping fee: 660 yen nationwide (for product prices under 5,500 yen (tax included))

*The total amount of each order must be less than 300,000 yen.

Regarding delivery

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Yu-Pack. (You cannot specify the delivery company.)

*Due to delivery circumstances, we may not be able to deliver as specified.
*If you are not at home, we will leave a "delivery notice." Please contact the delivery company to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up the item.

Returns and Cancellations

If the product you receive is different from what you wanted or is defective, please contact us by phone within 5 days of receiving the product and then return the product to us.
*Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

In addition, we will refuse returns if any of the following conditions apply:

  • If 5 days have passed since the product arrived
  • If the tag attached to the product is detached or lost (some exceptions apply)
  • If there are signs of previous use (scratches, dirt, etc.)
  • If a part of the product or accessories are missing
  • If the necessary documents are not enclosed
  • If the outer box, cloth bag, protective bag, etc. are missing
  • If the item you wish to return is not eligible for return
  • Products purchased in store (please contact the store where you purchased the product to inquire about returns or exchanges)
  • Sale items
  • Outlet Products

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange the product, please contact us by phone within 5 days of receiving the product and then return the product to us.
*Please return it within 5 days after contacting us by phone.

After checking the condition of the returned product, we will process the exchange.
